Quality Materials Used Throughout

This is a super heavy duty antenna mount, you won't find anything made out of stamped steel or thin wall tubing in our portable antenna mount. This a small piece of the aluminum stock that we use in our portable mounts. This picture alone should demonstrate the quality of the materials we use in the manufacturing process. Along with this flat stock 6061 aluminum we use 6061 for the 1.25" bar stock, 6063 aluminum for the 2.00" model and schedule 40 aluminum pipe for the vertical support tube. We do not use aluminum tubing as it has a thinner wall and lower strength than the 6061 schedule 40 pipe. You may find antenna mounts cheaper than the super heavy duty ones that we produce, but then you get what you pay for. <<Read more>>
